VOLUNTEERING AND GIVING BACK WITH DANDELION SUPPORT NETWORK
BLOG, COMMUNITY NEWS | 7 Oct 2026 |

Bankstown Sports staff volunteered with Dandelion Support Network, a not-for-profit organisation that supports vulnerable babies, children and families by providing essential items such as bassinets, prams, clothing and nursery equipment through a network of community and healthcare partners. During the volunteering session, our team helped build bassinets, clean donated items and sort clothing, ensuring these much-needed resources are ready to reach families in need. Bankstown Sports is also proud to support the organisation through a $15,000 ClubGRANT, helping Dandelion Support Network continue its important work assisting families across Greater Sydney.

With Canterbury-Bankstown among the areas generating strong demand for Dandelion’s services, this partnership reflects Bankstown Sports’ ongoing commitment to supporting local families and strengthening our community.
