The Allied Health workforce at Bankstown Hospital plays a critical role in delivering patient care across a wide range of services, including stroke rehabilitation, acute care, dementia specific care, hand therapy and community support.

Ensuring these clinicians are up to date with the latest developments in technology, treatment and care means improved quality and safety of patient care, faster recovery and better patient outcomes, reduced hospital stays and readmissions, a strengthened workforce capability and retention, and more responsive and effective local health services.

Bankstown Sports is proud to provide $25,000 in funding through ClubGRANTS to subsidise access to professional development courses, workshops, and training Programs, for approximately 130 staff.

We look forward to seeing the positive outcomes from this training for our health care professionals and the community.
