Giving Back with Every Bite – Supporting Eat Up Australia this November

Recently, the Bankstown Sports team came together to make a real difference in the lives of children across the local community. Rolling up their sleeves, they joined the incredible efforts of Eat Up Australia, preparing over 1,000 sandwiches for kids who might otherwise go without. 

Eat Up Australia provides lunches to over 915 schools nationwide, ensuring that no student must face the school day hungry. It’s an inspiring mission aimed at fuelling young minds with the nutrition they need to focus, learn, and thrive. Bankstown Sports are honoured to join in their efforts, helping to make sure that students receive the balanced, healthy meals they deserve.  

To compliment the 1,000 sandwiches made, Bankstown Sports provided $16,474 worth of ClubGRANTS funds to help feed 16 schools in the Canterbury Bankstown local government area – which equates to over 23,400 lunches!
