On 8 March 2023, Bankstown Sports had the honour of supporting the 2023 International Women’s Day event at Little Wings HQ, Bankstown Airport.

This year’s theme was #embraceequity with a focus on understanding the difference between equity and equality.

The Little Wings event was an elegant affair which played host to important and uplifting conversations about transformation and evoking change. It showcased the incredible women connected with the organisation who are quietly disrupting the aviation industry.
