Bankstown Sports takes its regulatory obligations as a Registered Club in NSW extremely seriously, particularly in relation to key compliance responsibilities regarding anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing,  responsible conduct of gaming and responsible service of alcohol.

Bankstown Sports confirms that AUSTRAC has determined that an independent auditor conduct an audit of our anti money laundering and counter terrorism financing compliance framework.

Our Board of Directors and CEO are committed to working closely and collaboratively with AUSTRAC and the independent auditor as part of the external audit process and we welcome the opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities in this space and improve our compliance framework.
