The microbrewery tanks inside the Basement Brewhouse have kicked into gear again to start brewing new batches of our most popular in-house beers. In the first month of operation, the Brewhouse Pale Ale and Sparkling Ale were the top picks for our members and patrons, followed closely by our Pilsner.
So far, we have run 42 beers and cider through our taps in the Brewhouse and we’ve gone through over 100 kegs. We’ve had thousands of people walk through the doors to see what the new venue has to offer, and we’ve received some great feedback.
“Awesome venue. Fit out is amazing. Feels exactly like being back in Vegas. The burgers are top quality and the best sweet potato chips I’ve had. Been there twice now and can’t wait to go back and have another meat platter. AFL season 2017 is looking food to watch at the Brewhouse. Highly recommended” – Lauren White, Facebook
“We loved this place. Very cool set up, each long table has their own TV. Great for groups. Cheese and meat platters were decent and with 30 beer taps you are spoilt for choice. The beers brewed here are actually really good. My favourite was the Sparkling. They also have house wine on tap” – Rachel Arrowsmith, Facebook
“Fantastic selection of beers and great food. Great looking venue which is upmarket in look, but not cost. Well done people for coming up with such an amazing new place to catch up with family and friends over some ‘quiet’ beers” – Stuart Wallace, Facebook
We are getting plenty of bookings for end-of-year functions and Christmas Parties and our unique barrel-booth seating is proving to be quite popular. To book your next event at Basement Brewhouse - http://www.bankstownsports.com/brewhouse
