Bankstown Sports is proud to keep it local, sourcing and cooking up home grown eats every day!
In 2017, we had a long hard think about how we could make our dishes more delicious, and we finally quacked the case and began sourcing over 160 fresh ducks from Pepe’s Ducks weekly.
The company was founded by Pepe Bonaccardo in 1976, from his small backyard in NSW where Pepe bred and rose his first ever duck. Over the last 37 years, Pepe's Ducks has grown from a tiny duck farm in Quakers Hill, NSW, to one of the industry leaders in duck production across Australia.
At Pepe’s Ducks, looking after their ducks takes number one priority over anything else, making them the leader in the Australian duck production market. Pepe’s ducks are fed quality Australian wheat-based meals, enjoy large, well-lit barns and stringent biosecurity procedures have been implemented to ensure the ducks are not exposed to diseases.
Canton Kitchen loves their ducks, which is why they are all cooked to perfection with their in-house Peking duck oven to ensure juicy and succulent duck on demand.
Canton Kitchen has the ultimate feast for duck lovers! Indulge in the Three Course Duck featuring whole roasted Peking duck pancakes with hoisin, cucumber and shallots ... and that’s just the first course! The second course is just as delightful with stir-fried duck with hokkien noodles and you will love finishing the feast with sweet corn and roast duck soup – DUCKING DELICIOUS!
Waddle into Canton Kitchen and have a sneak beak on what you have been missing out on 😉
