Things are starting to take shape inside the Basement Brewhouse, Bankstown Sports Club’s newest restaurant/bar destination venue. The space near the gaming floor is being transformed into a unique food and beverage outlet with its very own microbrewery, bringing a completely new drinking and dining experience to the Bankstown area.
Construction is on schedule for a grand opening on 1 November, 2016 with the brew tanks to be installed in the coming weeks. Our brew team is busy creating brand new flavours of beer which will be made in-house, and they’re also sourcing some of the best local craft and boutique beers to feature exclusively in the Brewhouse.
The menus for the burger bar and gourmet delicatessen are being finalised, with taste tests being well received by all! The signature Reuben Sandwich and the Garbage Fries look set to be instant hits with our patrons!
The venue will have a very modern, industrial feel to it with cement bars and copper piping running throughout. The layout promises guests a variety of options to enjoy the space, with private booths or open plan seating for any occasion.
