Can my child attend an event?
Children are permitted to attend events at the club, but all persons under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by their parent/s or legal guardian at all times while on the premises.
How do we get our equipment into the room?
There is easy access via our loading dock, located in McDonald Lane, behind the club. Your event coordinator will liaise with you for appropriate drop off and pick up times.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
We do not permit any externally sourced food or drink to be brought into the club, but we do have a wide variety of catering and beverage packages available.
You are permitted to bring a birthday/celebration cake for your function. Please speak with your events coordinator to organise.
Can I have my 16th or 18th Birthday at the club?
Due to licensing restrictions, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent/s or guardian at all times whilst in the club. You are welcome to host a 16th or 18th birthday party, but all attendees must have their parent/s or guardian present in the function space at all times.
Do you hold wakes?
Yes, we do. Please request a specialised Wake Package from our Events Team by submitting an Enquiry Form.
Do I need to be a member to book?
No, you do not need to be a member to book an event at our club. However, there are plenty of great benefits if you are a member, including a 50% discount off your room hire when booking a personal function.
Are there toilets in the function room?
Restrooms, including wheelchair accessible restrooms, are located on all event levels of the club, and are easily accessible from all rooms.
Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all of our rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Where can my guests smoke?
We have designated smoking areas located on the ground floor of the club, in the Outdoor Terrace.
