At Greenfield Station Bistro, meeting our customers needs while being as environmentally considered as possible is at the heart of all we do.

You will notice that our menu contains information about allergens and dietary needs. We make every effort to be as thoughtful as we can towards our customers. Of course, if you have any questions related to ingredients or cooking procedures please ask our staff when you visit.

Environmental sustainability is factored into every decision we make at Greenfield Station Bistro. We are committed to positively contributing to the decrease of waste and lightening the environmental impact of our busy restaurant and aim to continuously improve always. We use local suppliers for all our consumable products and ensure that the environmental impact is minimised, from product sourcing through to use and disposal. This includes paper straws, 100% recycled paper serviettes and we avoid use of single-use plastics as much as possible. While these items are as environmentally conscious as possible, we encourage our customers to consider the use of these items and decrease use where possible. Take-away packaging is compostable, and reusable items such as glassware are offered in every possible instance.

All cardboard and glass used is recycled properly and all kitchen waste is collected and composted. 90% of all our products used are compostable or recycled, and food waste that is ethically diverted averages around 60kg per day.
