About the Promotion:

1. Auburn Tennis Club ‘Envelopes of Fortune’ Member’s Draw (referred to as ‘Promotion’ or ‘Members Draw’ commences from Sunday 11 January 2026 and concludes on Sunday 8 March 2026 with weekly draws commencing from Sunday 18 January 2026.
2. The Members Draw will consist of 8 weekly draws.
3. Draws will be from a total prize pool of $3,600.
4. The promoter is Auburn Tennis Club.
5. Entry into the Promotion is subject to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. If there is any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
7. Each draw will be conducted by a Promotional Host at Auburn Tennis Club located at 181 Chisholm Road Auburn NSW 2144, using a promotional system & computerised virtual barrel (Virtual Barrel). Winners will be drawn by their BDSC Membership number, and it will be announced by host. The membership number will also be announced over the public address system. In the event of a technical failure, membership numbers may not be displayed on screens and/or draws may be postponed. In the case of a postponed draw, an extra draw will be selected the following week on the scheduled draw day.

Eligibility:

8. Subject to section 8, entrants for the Promotion must be:
   1. Financial and current members of BDSC throughout the promotional period to be eligible to win (Members),
   2. Over the age of 18 years; and
   3. Agree to and comply with these terms and conditions.

Excluded Participants:

9. You cannot participate in the Promotion if:
   1. You have been suspended from BDSC at the time of the draws. You will not be eligible to enter the draw or claim prizes.
   2. You are a director, employee or contracted personnel of BDSC (or any related entity) or you are an immediate family member of a director, employee or contracted personnel of BDSC (or any related entity).

The Weekly Draws:

10. The Weekly Draws will commence every Sunday, from Sunday 18 January 2026 to Sunday 8 March 2026.
11. The Weekly Draws will consist of 3 draws each Sunday night (7pm, 7:30pm and 8pm).
12. The ‘Members Draw’ will feature 3 envelopes each containing a hidden prize value in cash.
13. 1 value equals each $100, 1 value equals $150 and 1 value equals $200. The total prize pool for the night is $450.
14. For the first 7pm draw, the drawn member will have four (4) minutes to come to the dedicated promotion area.
15. When they arrive, they can choose one envelope from any of the 3 envelopes
16. If no one wins the first 7pm draw then the 7:30pm winner can choose 2 of the envelopes
17. If no one wins the 7pm & 7:30pm draw then the 8pm draw winner will receive the three envelopes.
18. Any member drawn in the weekly draws are still eligible to be drawn again in a future weekly draw.
19. Every draw will be selected from those eligible club members who are physically present within the club premises at the time of the draw and swipe their member card at a kiosk from 5pm onwards.

Third Draw (8:00pm)

20. For the third draw at 8:00pm, if a selected prize winner does not claim their prize within a four (4) minute timeframe, another member will be drawn. This process will repeat until a prize is successfully claimed.

How to enter Envelopes of Fortune

21. Members can enter the Weekly Cash Draws by doing any of the following:
    1. Members will receive two (2) entries into the Virtual Barrel for every $5 spent at dining and beverage outlets at Auburn Tennis Club each promotion week (see subject 21 for Promotion period dates).
    2. Members will receive one (1) entry into the Virtual Barrel for swiping or scanning their own Membership card at the nominated screens every hour, on the hour for the promotion week (see subject 21 for Promotion period dates).

22. The following draws where Members entries will be counted towards are the following:

General Terms and Conditions

23. Members must be physically and personally present at the Auburn Tennis Club to claim their prize within the claim period.
24. Suspended members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter the draw or claim prizes.
25. Participation is open to all those in venue over the age of 18, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or 1st cousin.
26. By participating in this draw, you agree that if you are a winner, the Auburn Tennis Club may use your name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes in any media, without further consent or compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, website announcements, social media posts, printed materials, and other marketing activities related to the draw or future promotions.
27. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the display screens, PA system or draw system), draws may be postponed or cancelled. Cancellation or postpone of a draw is strictly at management discretion and negotiation will not be entered into. In the event of a cancellation, prizing of cancelled draws is forfeited and the cancelled draws value will be added to the following draw. This does not apply to the Bonus Draws -the bonus draw prize will be forfeited.
28. The Club accepts no responsibility for any technical errors, malfunctions, or failures (including but not limited to kiosk systems, membership card readers, electronic draws, or communication networks) that may affect the conduct of the Weekly Draws. In the event of such errors, the Club reserves the right to take any necessary action, including cancelling, postponing, or rescheduling a draw, without liability to any participant.
29. All winners are required to present proof of identity to claim their prize.
30. BDSC is not permitted to issue any more than $5,000 prize money in cash. Any prize money exceeding $5,000 must be awarded as a registered cheque or EFT. If the prize is claimed 10pm or later, the entire prize must be issued as a registered cheque or EFT. All registered cheques will be available two business days after the draw, the winner/s will be contacted directly to advise them of the specific timing.
31. This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
