1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Chefs

The apprentice will work in all aspects of catering within a large commercial kitchen including catering for A La Carte, functions, events, café and restaurant. The apprentice may be required to work at more than one venue.

You will have effective communication skills, be a team player and the have ability to work under pressure.

Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, self motivation, reliability and pride in personal presentation is an advantage. As an apprentice you will display a willingness to learn and passion for great food.

The successful applicant must be prepared to work a rotating roster which includes Friday and Saturday nights.

Cocktail and Wine Specialist

If you enjoy working in hospitality, have a good understanding of cocktails and wines, consider a career at The Cellar Wine Bar and Piano Bar. You must be presentable, experienced, enjoy interacting with people and have a good understanding of customer service.

Essential requirements are:

A minimum of two years experience, working behind a bar, mixing cocktails and the service/recommendation of wines.
Demonstrated knowledge of beverages.
RSA, RCG qualifications
A commitment to workplace hygiene practices
Exceptional communications and customer service skills
A positive attitude and professional manner
Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene standards
Available Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
