Platform One offers a truly unique fine dining experience onboard one of two romantic Victorian-era railway carriages. Indulge in an exquisite culinary experience where the menu reflects decadence with an uncompromised focus on excellence. Executive Chef Helmut Gundendorfer leads a team of talented Chefs who have created sumptuous dishes such as lobster and prime cuts of beef. Platform One offers private function rooms for up to 10 people.
