Brothers Riccardo and Michael Moretti are both award-winning pizza chefs, having taken out prizes for Best Traditional Pizza Maker NSW and Best Gourmet Pizza (small goods division) in the Dairy Farmers Best of the Best Pizza Challenge in 2009 and 2008.
