Mesculin salad, cherry tomato, cucumber, red onion and avocado topped with marinated chicken tenderloins with parmesan cheese and tztaziki.
Lamb Rump Salad
Slow cooked lamb rump sliced and served with market leaves, chargrilled vegetables, spanish onions, chilli olives, semi dried tomatoes and feta tossed with a light lemon dressing.
King Prawn Caesar Salad
Cos lettuce tossed with olives, cherry tomatoes, croutons, crisp pancetta and king prawns in a tangy dressing.
